I’ve always dreamed of an integrative maternal care system…

A place where all can collaboratively meet their healthcare needs for prenatal/postnatal and pelvic health in one place.

To make things even sweeter, we come to you.

In Home Physical Therapy

I'm Jamie Bennett, and I provide in-home physical therapy services, saving you precious travel time and accommodating your schedule. Many new mothers face challenges attending clinic appointments, and my at-home pelvic health physical therapy removes that obstacle, ensuring mothers receive the essential care they deserve. I am dedicated to promoting access to pelvic health care and urge my patients to raise awareness about the significance and advantages of pelvic health. Despite extensive research supporting pelvic health, pelvic floor physical therapy remains relatively unknown and underprescribed. Join me in spreading awareness and extending care to those who require it

In Home Yoga

Experience personalized yoga sessions with Peyton or Rita, our certified yoga and breathwork instructors. Experience the benefits of movement and breath in the comfort and privacy of your own home or space. Each instructor is highly trained in offering expert guidance through mindful movement customized to meet your individual needs and goals.

In Home Lactation & Infant Feeding (0-21 mo)

Katie Hird, OTD, OTR/L, joined our team to provide concierge lactation consultations and infant feeding assistance throughout the Washington D.C., Northern VA and Maryland. A lactation consultant is a health professional who specializes in breastfeeding (chestfeeding) and in offering human milk to infants. You can work with a lactation consultant while you’re pregnant, right after you give birth or several months into breastfeeding. You might need this support most urgently during the first few weeks of your baby’s life. This is when your baby is learning how to nurse, and both of you may need more support. Challenges like nipple pain or low milk supply make some people stop breastfeeding. Lactation consultants are trained to work with infants and their parents to address any feeding challenges. Getting lactation support can improve your chances of breastfeeding for as long as you choose.

Feeding therapy is a specialized kind of therapy that works with people, usually babies or children, to help them develop normal patterns and behaviors when it comes to eating. Therapists, such as occupational or speech therapists, work with their patients to teach them how to eat or how to improve their current eating habits.

However, feeding therapy goes beyond just teaching a child how to eat. This kind of therapy aims to make eating an enjoyable time for the child and their family. It can make eating both physically easier for the child and mentally less stressful. A trained therapist targets the child’s difficulty with eating, whether it be extreme pickiness when it comes to foods, or physical limitations, like difficulty chewing and swallowing.

“I highly recommend Jamie! I had been to many PTs for a postpartum hip injury over the last two years and Jamie is the first person to properly diagnose and treat it. My orthopedic surgeon is taking me seriously now, too, as a result…but I haven’t needed him because I’ve made so much progress with Jamie. I’m now pregnant again and she is providing prenatal PT as well. So happy I found her!” - R.M.

“Jamie is a gift!! She is so knowledgeable about pelvic pain and all issues related to the pelvic floor. She has helped me get years and years of pain under control. The particulars of PT can seem a little daunting but she makes it so comfortable and normal that it isn't a big deal at all. She is really fun to talk to so that helps. I highly recommend her to anyone needing help.” - C.J.
